The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, even accommodating our early check-out with breakfast, making us feel valued. The room was spotless, bright and offered ample comfort for a restful night's sleep.

I almost gave this a good review but just couldn’t. No fridge or tea making facilities in the room, how barbaric! Plus, the lift feels like a relic from the dark ages. It’s almost laughable! A kind word from staff would have been nice too, but alas, it wasn’t meant to be.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Twin Room. The reception spoke great English and helped with my questions. The room was clean and tidy with blackout shutters. It was easy to walk to nearby sites. I am definitely coming back! 😊

I had a blast enjoying the lively atmosphere and discovering local tapas bars nearby. The cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the small rooftop terrace offered a nice spot for some fresh air. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast option, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The location was perfect (just a stroll from the lovely old town area), and the staff genuinely made our stay enjoyable with their warm hospitality. We especially appreciated the clean and spacious triple room.
A few minor things could enhance the experience, like finding a common area to relax in rather than the room.

Enjoyed the spacious triple room which had a flat-screen TV for downtime. The location was a standout, just a brisk walk to Poniente Beach and surrounded by convenience stores that stayed open late, perfect for late-night snacks.
The air conditioning in the room was effective but quite loud, making it hard to sleep at times. Unfortunately, the absence of a fridge was a letdown, and getting room service proved tricky due to no phone in the room. The lift was small and somewhat antiquated, and I noticed some mold around the bathtub, indicating the need for a bathroom update. We faced some payment issues as well, with the staff refusing to accept euro coins at checkout, leaving us confused. Finally, the view from the room was less than inspiring, staring at inner walls instead of anything scenic.

Nothing could be improved.

would definitely go again
We had a twin room with a flat-screen TV, heating, and a small balcony for chillin’. The bathroom was clean with a shower and free toiletries. The hotel was super central, just a 7-minute walk to the beach. Staff was friendly, and we got good value for 40 euros per night.

The hotel is in a prime location, a quick stroll to Poniente Beach, which I loved. The room was spacious, giving us enough space to move around comfortably. A flat-screen TV was great for relaxing at the end of a long day. Reception staff at check-in was particularly helpful, making the process smooth. our first morning was a bit of a letdown. We arrived late for breakfast, around 10:25 am, and they had run out of juice. It made me wonder if earlier guests enjoyed it when we were just a few minutes late. We also faced some challenges with room cleaning. We displayed the green sign for housekeeping, yet they hadn’t come to our room while we were out all day. Finally, the older gentleman at the front desk had an attitude that felt dismissive when we asked simple questions. it didn’t set a positive tone for our stay.

Incredible cheese boards at the local tapas bars kept my taste buds dancing, especially at La Quesoteca, only a stone's throw away. Plus, the spacious triple room was great for lounging after a day in the sun, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver!
While the staff was as friendly as a puppy, the older chap at reception could use a lesson in hospitality. The lift felt like it’s straight from the 80s, a bit cramped and slow, and the blocked view was a downer.

Just a good match for a weekend getaway in Benidorm with great value-to-price ratio. The flat-screen TV in the room was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Make sure to check the breakfast hours to avoid food shortages.
